Absolutely. We offer secure online payment through Yahoo! Store accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All online transactions through Yahoo! Store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption (the same as most banks and brokerages).
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
According to CNN, "...on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions."
We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant and much safer than ordering by phone.
Your order should leave the warehouse as indicated above the price, on the product page, on our web site (i.e., "Next Business Day" to "2 to 3 Weeks") via the method you have chosen. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for most orders. Some orders must ship Ground Freight because of size of weight.
"Next Day Air" should arrive 1 business day after the day it ships.
"2nd Day Air" should arrive 2 business days after the day it ships
"3 Day Select" should arrive 3 business days from after the day it ships
For "Ground" "USPS" or "Motor Freight" Courier, please allow up to 6 business days after the day it ships for delivery.
When we are able, we will provide tracking numbers so you can check on your shipment online. If you do not receive a tracking number and you feel that your package is late, please contact us at Email and we will check on it for you right away and let you know its status.
We are authorized distributors of AeroMist, Cloudburst, Mist & Cool, Cool Breeze and Mist 'n Go outdoor cooling products and SoJoe, Uniflame, Patina, Infratech & Solaira heating products. We sell online only, delivered directly to your home or business. Some stores in some areas may carry some of the products that we offer, but most items will not be available locally.
We currently ship to the 50 U.S. States. In certain circumstances (i.e., to U.S. military personnel overseas, professional systems to foreign contractors, etc.), we will consider shipping our outdoor cooling systems outside the U.S. In any case, cannot currently ship our outdoor heaters outside the 50 U.S. states.
